Meet Our First Family
Pastor Obed & Lady Exandrea Thompson are the under Shepherds of NIIM, Where they serve vigorously. Pastor Obed and Exandrea Thompson. Have been married for 11 years. With Four beautiful children. Zariona, Honesty, Eddie and Heaven Thompson. Pastor Obed and Exandrea have been servants in the Kingdom for over 11 years under the leadership of Pastor Eugene and Melissa Burton where they were taught Godly principles, They learn how to serve, give and sacrifice in every area of life, In God, Marriage, and family. Pastor Obed began to develop swiftly and was called to the office of the Deacon. He remained consistent, obedient and willing. A man of great integrity. God promoted him to the office of the Minister. They begin to serve in every area that God called them to, including Youth pastors of 4-12 Youth Ministry. Pastor Obed was called out of the work field to serve in ministry full-time, With very little pay by Faith, they stood on God's word concerning their family. God insured them that he would take care of them
and they believed him!
Soon after Pastor Obed and Exandrea felt the need to further their education, they dedicated three years to agape Faith Bible Institution, were they obtained a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies. During that time they faced many hardships. But never gave up. They became extremely grounded and dedicated to the work of the Lord. Six months after graduating, God called them to the office of the pastor. They were launched out to pastor New Beginnings Deliverance Ministry. They were very dedicated to the lives connected to this ministry and excited to see the manifestation of God's good and perfect will for New Beginnings Deliverance Ministry.
After 8 months of serving at new Beginnings Deliverance ministry. God began to expand their vision and what God was calling them to do.
They began to step out on faith remembering the ministry that God was birthing in them all along. God began to shift them Into pioneering New Identity International ministry January 2021. Standing on 2 Corinthians 5:17, therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come. The old has gone, the new is here.
They committed to staying steadfast. And teaching the same godly principles that they were taught for successful Kingdom living.
As they continue to go and grow. Their goal is to continue to display the love of God. Keeping God first and living out this purpose, we were so predestined to live.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to bring spiritual restoration to the basic component of society-the family. We have a heart for the family. It is our mission to minister the transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ to men, women, youth and children.
Our Core Values
- Everyone has purpose regardless of their economic or social status.
- Love your neighbor as yourself - show the love of Christ in demonstration and deed. Don't just pray for a miracle to happen, be a miracle for someone!
- Ministry is about dealing and working with people. This means not being afraid to deal with real issues.
- The Church is not a physical structure or building. We believe that the body of Christ (believers) is the true Church.
- The church must be structured in a way that promotes training and discipleship. We believe that this is the charge of the Great Commission.
- God has given us a family and life to enjoy while we are here on earth. It's important for all believers to live a balanced life.
- The Church should be a place where people engage in true fellowship and heart felt relationships.
